Random Attack Shakes Cornmarket: Man in His 60s Hospitalised

Between 8.45pm and 9pm on December 2, a man in his 60s was violently attacked while walking through The Cornmarket. The victim was knocked to the ground and suffered a head injury in what police believe was a random assault.

Suspect Description Released

Officers are hunting a white man in his 30s. The suspect is described as stocky, with a short stubbly beard. He may have been wearing a jacket during the attack.
