A person has been found dead in south east London following a mysterious incident.
Rodney Road Sealed Off After Sudden Death
Police shut down Rodney Road in Elephant and Castle on Sunday afternoon, December 14, at around 2.30pm. The street remains cordoned off as investigations get underway.
Emergency Crews Rush to the Scene
London Ambulance Service arrived in under three minutes after a 2.34pm call. Paramedics, fast response cars, and a clinical team manager rushed to the location.
Victim Pronounced Dead on Site
The victim’s identity, age, and cause of death are still under wraps. Emergency teams declared them dead at the scene.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We sent resources including an ambulance crew, paramedics in fast response cars and a clinical team manager.”
The Metropolitan Police have been approached for more details but remain tight-lipped for now.
