Drunk E-Scooter Rider Crashes into Parked Car in Eastbourne
PCSO Gowing and PCSO Stamp were on patrol in Seaside, Eastbourne, when they spotted a man on an electric scooter smash into a parked car. Both the scooter and the vehicle suffered damage in the collision.
Breathalyser on Scene Leads to Arrest
Officers quickly spoke to the rider and noticed he smelled of booze. A police officer arrived and breathalysed him at the scene. The man was arrested for being in charge of a motorised vehicle while unfit through drink, riding without insurance, and driving without a proper licence.
