Tragic Motorcycle Crash in Hailsham Claims Young Man’s Life
Sussex Police are hunting for witnesses after a fatal smash in Hailsham on Friday, 2 August.
Deadly Collision on Ersham Road
At around 4pm, emergency crews rushed to Ersham Road following a crash involving a Yamaha MT motorcycle and a Dacia Sandero.
Tragically, the 20-year-old Yamaha rider from East Preston was pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been informed.
Dacia Driver Slightly Hurt
The Dacia was driven by a 68-year-old man from croydon/" title="Croydon" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Croydon, who suffered minor injuries in the collision.
Police Seek Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Sussex Police are investigating the full circumstances of the crash and urgently want anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
