Tragic Death in Notting Hill Christmas Day Blaze
A person has died following a fire at a flat in Crossfield House, Notting Hill, on Christmas Day.
Massive Fire Response
Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters rushed to Mary Place just after 1pm on 25 December 2020. Flames damaged part of the flat in the blaze.
Victim Found Dead at Scene
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus discovered the victim inside the flat. Sadly, the person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigation Underway
Police and fire officials have launched an investigation into the cause of the fire and the death. Both have been approached for comment.
