Tragic Triple Deaths Shock South London Street

Detectives have identified a mother and her two young sons found dead at a south London home. Nadja De Jager, 47, and her boys Alexander, 9, and Maximus, 7, were discovered at an address on Mayfield Road, Belvedere.

Police Called Amid Welfare Concerns

Emergency services were alerted at 11:50 am on Thursday, September 1, over concerns for the occupants’ welfare. Officers forced entry to the property where all three were sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigation Underway, No Suspects Sought

Detective Inspector Ollie Stride said: “This is a deeply sad case and we are continuing to establish the circumstances that led to this tragic incident.”

He added: “Our thoughts are with the family as they come to terms with their loss. We ask for privacy during this difficult time.”

The Met’s Specialist Crime Command is leading the investigation. No suspects are currently being sought. A crime scene remains in place, with post-mortem examinations to follow.
