A man in his 30s was rushed to hospital after being stabbed during a fight on Shakespeare Walk in Hackney on Tuesday evening, April 16.
Emergency services were scrambled to the scene at 9:40pm, arriving minutes after the violent clash near an alley off Shakespeare Walk — right by an adventure playground and Stoke Newington Youth Club.
Rapid Response from Ambulance Crews
A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service revealed:
“We sent an ambulance crew, an incident response officer, and a Tactical Response Unit member. Our team arrived in under six minutes. They supported other emergency services but were stood down later.”
The victim’s injuries were confirmed as non-life-threatening and not life-changing.
