Mickey Mouse Figurine Nabbed in Staplehurst Burglary
Detectives are on the hunt after a cheeky burglar swiped a rare Mickey Mouse statuette from a Staplehurst home.
Burglary Hits Pristling Lane
The break-in happened sometime between 21 August and 21 September 2019 while the homeowner was away. Alongside the prized limited edition cartoon figurine, thieves made off with two watches and a haul of jewellery.
Police Issue Image of Stolen Collectible
Investigating officer DC Andy Julier revealed:
“Officers have been pursuing multiple leads, including forensic analysis and CCTV reviews. We’re now releasing a photo of one of the stolen items – the limited edition Mickey Mouse figurine – hoping someone has seen it since the burglary and will come forward.”
