Moped Rider in Life-Threatening Condition After Edgware Crash
Serious Collision on Turner Road
Detectives are hunting witnesses after a nasty crash in Edgware left a moped rider fighting for his life. The smash happened at 9.55pm on Saturday, 11 August, when a moped collided with a car on Turner Road.
Victim Critical, Investigation Underway
The moped rider, a man in his 20s, was rushed to a central London hospital with life-threatening injuries. His family have been informed. The driver of the blue Toyota Prius stopped at the scene and is cooperating with police.
Police Appeal for Witnesses and Footage
Detective Constable Daniella Zenga, leading the inquiry, said: “We want to speak to anyone who saw the collision or has dashcam or CCTV footage.”
