Tragedy in Southampton Hospital Car Park: Man Dies After Collision
Police are hunting witnesses after a fatal crash in a Southampton hospital car park. An 84-year-old man was hit by a Vauxhall Zafira at Western Community Hospital, Millbrook, just before 1pm on January 13.
Victim Dies After Three-Week Battle
The injured man was rushed to Southampton General Hospital but sadly passed away three weeks later. The Vauxhall driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating fully with police.
Police Appeal for Witnesses and Good Samaritans
PC Brendan Moseley of the Totton Roads Policing Unit urged anyone who saw the collision to come forward. He added,
“We are particularly keen to speak to the people who rushed to the aid of the gentleman when the collision happened.”
