Suspect in Custody After Serious Assault

A man in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent. He remains in police custody as enquiries continue into the shocking attack.

Victim Suffers Leg Injuries

The victim sustained leg injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening. Officers remain on scene investigating, securing both the front and rear of the eatery where the attack happened.

Attacker Fled Scene but Police Close In

Witnesses say the attacker made off shortly after the assault. Police are continuing their hunt and have maintained a strong presence around the area as enquiries go on.
