Man stabbed in broad daylight on Portobello Road
A man was rushed to hospital after being stabbed in the hand during a shocking attack on Portobello Road, West London, on Saturday evening.
Emergency services rush to the scene
Police and paramedics were called just after 8.30pm following the stabbing. Officers quickly sealed off parts of Portobello Road and nearby Bonchurch Road as the investigation got underway.
Injuries not life-threatening
The victim received treatment at the scene before being taken to hospital. Fortunately, his injuries are not believed to be serious.
CID leads stabbing probe
The Met Police’s CID have launched an investigation into the daylight attack. No arrests have been reported so far.
