Phones Snatched During Staff Distractions

On 6 October, two phones were pinched when a woman distracted staff at Dapper M in Battle High Street and the Bridal Shop on Queens Road, hastings/" title="Hastings" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Hastings. Police believe she may be linked to similar thefts across East Sussex and neighbouring Kent.

Distinctive Description Could Crack The Case

  • Of Indian appearance
  • Approximately 5’4″ tall
  • Slim build with long black hair
  • Wore a waist bag or similar item, making her look pregnant

“Despite a facial covering, this image and description combined with the theft circumstances may help someone recognise her,” said investigators.
