Teenager Seriously Stabbed in Bordesley Green Knife Attack

Knife Horror on Pretoria Road

A 16-year-old boy was seriously wounded in a brutal stabbing on Pretoria Road, Bordesley Green, at around 3:30pm last Saturday (February 15). Emergency services responded after multiple frantic 999 calls reported a knife attack.

West Midlands Police arrived to find the teen suffering from severe stab wounds. Paramedics stabilised him at the scene before rushing him to hospital. Thankfully, medics have now confirmed his condition is stable.

Hospital Chaos After Attack

Tensions escalated when police were called to a disturbance at a Birmingham hospital shortly after the stabbing. The unrest is believed to be linked to the attack. In response, security was quickly boosted at the hospital to safeguard staff and patients.

Police Hunt for Information

West Midlands Police have launched a major investigation into the violent assault. They are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or has any info to come forward immediately.

“We are aware of an increase in knife-related crime in the region and are actively working to bring those responsible for this violent attack to justice.”
