Bike Bandit Strikes Outside College in Broad Daylight
Thieves struck at Northbrook College on Broadwater Road, snatching bikes between May 23 and May 25.
The crook used bolt cutters to snap locks and made off on the stolen rides each time.
Police Hunt Slim, Goateed Suspect
The suspect is described as a slim white man in his early 30s sporting a dark goatee.
