Baby Edward Found Dumped in Hackney – Police Plea to Find Mum

Baby Edward was found abandoned in a bush by a local postal worker in Hackney back in January. The newborn, just around 12 hours old, was wrapped in a blanket and left to fend for himself.

Baby Edward Stable and Safe in Hospital

Police confirm Edward remains in hospital and is doing well. The brave little boy survived against the odds after being dumped just hours after birth.

Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

Officers hunting for Edward’s mum have issued a personal appeal: “To anyone who may know Edward’s mother, please come forward. You can remain anonymous.”

They are especially keen to hear from anyone in the Sandringham Road area between 10am and 12pm on Saturday, 25 January.
