Police Seek Two Male Suspects Seen Cycling Away From Scene
Officers have reissued CCTV images showing two men cycling away from the attack at speed along North Road towards York Way and Brecknock Road. They continued along Leighton Road, travelling on the footway.
Detective Chief Inspector Andy Partridge urged anyone in Hargrave Place—a quiet side street near the crime scene—between 7pm and 8pm on 14 September to come forward. He said:
“I want to hear from anyone in and around Hargrave Place as I believe the suspects met up here before the attack. They may have been loitering before leaving at 19:55 on their bikes. You might not realise it but you could have information that is hugely significant. Please get in touch — all info is confidential.”
