Two Dead After Horror Crash on Hambledon Road, Waterlooville
Police are hunting for witnesses after a fatal smash on Hambledon Road sent shockwaves through Waterlooville.
Tragic Collision Claims Two Lives
The crash happened just after 2.20pm involving a Toyota Yaris and a Mitsubishi. The elderly 89-year-old male driver of the Toyota was rushed to southampton/" title="Southampton" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Southampton General Hospital but sadly died shortly after. His 84-year-old female passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
Driver of Second Vehicle Injured
The Mitsubishi’s driver, a 36-year-old man from Waterlooville, sustained minor injuries. Next of kin for the deceased have been informed and specialist officers are supporting the families during this tragic time.
