Authorities are urging a woman who was spotted walking in flood water on the A52 near Chaddesden to come forward, as they have concerns for her safety.
The incident was reported just before 5.20pm on Saturday, October 21st. Witnesses observed a woman walking through the flood water along the A52 and promptly alerted the authorities.
The woman is described as between 5ft 6ins and 5ft 7ins tall, aged approximately 25 and 30 years old, with dark hair tied up. She was wearing a grey hooded top, salmon-coloured trousers, and carrying a drawstring bag on her back. Additionally, she was seen holding a drinking cup.
Police are particularly interested in speaking to two women captured in an image at the scene, as they believe they may possess crucial information that can assist with their ongoing investigation.
