Tottenham Dealer Slapped with 5-Year Sentence for County Lines Drug Supply
Sulaman Keynan, 23, from White Hart Lane, Tottenham, has been locked up for over five years after pleading guilty to multiple drug offences linked to a county lines operation.
Five Years and Three Months Behind Bars
At Swindon Crown Court on October 26, Keynan admitted three counts of supplying Class A drugs and one count of possessing criminal property. He was handed a hefty prison sentence of five years and three months. Keynan must serve at least half of this time inside before being released on licence with strict conditions.
Authorities also seized thousands of pounds in cash and drug-related gear during his September 2021 arrest — all forfeited as part of the sentence.
Running the ‘Chrissy’ County Lines from Swindon to London
Keynan was caught running the notorious ‘Chrissy’ drug line, a county lines network spreading from Swindon into London. Police nabbed him in Swindon with a burner phone, £2,266 cash, cannabis resin, heroin wraps, and scales during an unrelated arrest last year.
Though initially released under investigation, he breached a suspended sentence and spent several months behind bars between September and May.
Police Sting and Arrest Follow Months of Surveillance
The Fortitude team picked up fresh intel in May that the ‘Chrissy’ line was hot again. They tracked Keynan’s train journeys between Swindon and London, reviewing hours of CCTV footage with British Transport Police.
On June 28, in a joint raid with Operation Orochi—the Met Police’s county lines unit—they stormed his London home and arrested him. Keynan was then brought back to Swindon, charged, and locked up.
PC Sam Young said: “This is the third time Keynan has been convicted of drugs offences and he’s now facing a lengthy sentence behind bars. His conviction shows that if you come to Swindon with the intention to supply drugs or run county lines networks then we will track you down, no matter where you are in the country.
“This sends a clear signal that drugs will not be tolerated in Swindon or anywhere else in Wiltshire.”
