County Lines Drug Dealer Busted in Folkestone Sting
Crackdown on Zac County Line
Police swooped on a Folkestone home on Bradstone Road on 6 October 2020 after intelligence revealed the Zac county line was operating from there. Data linked a mobile phone at the address to drug sales targeting known buyers in the area.
Drugs and Cash Discovered
Officers found Teniola Olanipekun inside with the phone used to push class A drugs. They uncovered uncut blocks of crack cocaine and heroin worth around £6,000 on the street, plus a stash of cash.
Dealer Jailed for 30 Months
Olanipekun, 27, from Peckham, south London, was arrested and hit with multiple charges including possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin, involvement in supply, and possession of criminal property. He pled guilty and was locked up for 30 months at Canterbury Crown Court on 26 November 2020.
Police Warn Dealers: We’re Watching
“Drug dealers and the substances they sell are not welcome in Kent,” said Detective Constable Jake Griffiths. “Dealers like Olanipekun prey on vulnerable people for profit. We’ll keep hunting them down and bringing them to justice.”
“If you suspect dealers in your area, call us on 101.”
