Fourth Arrest Made After London Road Stabbing Leaves Two Men Seriously Hurt
Two Men Suffer Life-Threatening Injuries
Police have made a fourth arrest following a violent incident on 20 August that left two men badly injured near London Road. One victim was found by the Odeon cinema, the other near College Way at around 11.30pm.
Both remain hospitalised — one with life-changing injuries, the other in critical condition.
New Arrest in Isleworth
Officers arrested a 28-year-old man from Isleworth on suspicion of assisting an offender and possession with intent to supply drugs. He is currently in custody.
This comes after three earlier arrests shortly after the attack:
- 28-year-old man – suspected attempted murder
- 24-year-old woman – suspected possession of a knife, grievous bodily harm with intent, and firearm possession
- 22-year-old man – suspected grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a Class B drug
All three have been released on bail until 15 September.
Charges Dropped for Some Suspects
The 24-year-old woman was told no further action would be taken over an assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH) offence. The 22-year-old man was also cleared of robbery allegations. Police maintain this was a targeted attack with no danger to the public.
