Teen Arrested Over Terror Material in Southeast Sting
Connor Burke, 18, from Southeast 1, was arrested on Wednesday, 24 February.
Charged With Terror Offences
On Monday, 1 March, Burke faced serious charges. He was accused of disseminating terrorist publications under Section 2 of the Terrorism Act 2006. Additionally, he faced four counts of possessing information likely to assist terrorists, violating Section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
Next Court Date Set
Burke is scheduled to appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 2 March.
