Caudel Haughton, 19, from Conisborough Crescent, SE6, was arrested by Met Police on 22 April. He was charged with the murder of Filipe on Sunday, 23 April.
Haughton is set to appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 24 April. The case is developing fast as police investigate.
