CCTV snaps of a suspected thief were blasted out to local cops after two shoplifting sprees at Sainsbury’s on Linden Park Road.
The crimes happened just hours apart on Sunday, 18 June 2023.
Plainclothes Cops Make the Arrest
On Wednesday 5 July, undercover officers from Tunbridge Wells Neighbourhood Task Force spotted the suspect in Quarry Road and swooped in.
Thief Busted and Charged
Kieran Sands, 34, from Showfields Road, Tunbridge Wells, was cuffed and hauled into custody.
He now faces two counts of theft and has been bailed to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on 27 July.
