Paedophile Clinton Woodcock Jailed After Shocking Child Sex Abuse Conviction
Clinton Woodcock, 50, from Eden Avenue, was sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court on 14 March 2024. He received nearly three years behind bars for multiple child sex offences.
Found Guilty of Multiple Child Sex Charges
Woodcock had denied the charges but was found guilty by a jury of three counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child aged 13 to 15, and one count of sexual activity in the presence of a child in the same age range. These crimes were committed in 123.
Harsh Sentence and Lifetime Offender Status
The judge handed Woodcock a two-year and 10-month prison term. Additionally, he received a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order. Woodcock was also placed on the sex offenders’ register for life to prevent any future offences.

Detective Constable Emma Davies, the investigating officer, said: “Woodcock denied the offending and put his victim through the ordeal of a trial where the details were heard in full.”
