Noah Smedley, 18, Fatally Attacked

Friends have named the victim of a horrific stabbing in Ilkeston as 18-year-old Noah Smedley. Police were called to Heanor Road at 8:20pm on Saturday, December 28, after reports of a stabbing. The attack happened on Rose Avenue, but Noah died from his injuries shortly before 9pm on Heanor Road.

Seven Suspects Arrested in Murder Probe

Derbyshire Police have arrested seven suspects in connection with Noah’s death. Four boys aged 17 stand accused of murder. Also in custody are a 52-year-old man, a 15-year-old girl, a 16-year-old girl, plus another 17-year-old boy, all suspected of aiding an offender.
