Toddler Dies After Emergency Call
Emergency services rushed to a home in Dumpton Park Drive on 21 April 2021. A young child, Everleigh Stroud, was quickly taken to hospital.
Everleigh fought for her life but sadly died on 27 May 2022, aged just 14 months.
Murder Charge After Lengthy Investigation
Detectives investigated how Everleigh got her injuries. On 17 July 2024, after talks with the Crown Prosecution Service, 24-year-old Thomas Holford was charged with her murder.

He appeared at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on 18 July. Holford was remanded in custody and will next face Maidstone Crown Court on 19 July.
