A woman has been arrested after a toddler tragically died at a Southampton home.
Toddler Dies Despite Emergency Rush
Paramedics raced to Wharncliffe Road early on December 29 following reports of a seriously ill three-year-old. Despite their best efforts, the child sadly passed away around 7 a.m.
Woman Held Over Child Neglect
A 40-year-old Southampton woman was arrested on suspicion of child neglect and causing or permitting the child’s death. She has since been released on conditional police bail until March 29.
