Drug Dealer Ervis Doksani Nabbed in Brighton Sting
Ervis Doksani, 22, a homeless drug dealer from Albania, has been slammed with a three-year prison sentence after a National Crime Agency (NCA) crackdown in Brighton.
Armed officers swooped on Doksani at Clarence Square on 2 October after days of covert surveillance tracking his shady drug dealings.
Cocaine Found in Mint Tin and Frying Pan
During the arrest, cops found 12 deal bags of cocaine hidden inside a mint tin and a cigarette packet. But there was more lurking.
A raid on his flat in Dyke Road uncovered an additional 108 grams of cocaine valued at around £7,000, with some even stashed inside a frying pan. They also seized roughly £1,000 in cash.
40 Months Behind Bars and Deported After
Doksani pled guilty at Lewes Crown Court on 3 November for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. On 27 November, he copped a 40-month jail term.
He’s set to be deported once his sentence is served.
Sara-Jayne Moore, NCA Branch Commander: “Our investigation established that Ervis Doksani was a drug dealer making money from supplying cocaine. Working with law enforcement partners, we are determined to disrupt organised criminals involved in peddling Class A drugs at every step and protect the public from this threat.”
