Florin Asaftei Faces Serious Sexual Offence Charges
A 32-year-old man, Florin Asaftei from Church Lane East, Aldershot, has been hit with two counts of rape plus an attempted rape charge. The victim, a 20-year-old woman, was attacked in a dark alley off Aldershot’s High Street between 3.15am and 3.45am on April 6.
Quick Court Action: Remanded Ahead of Crown Court Hearing
Asaftei appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on April 8. He was remanded in custody and is due back on May 8 at Winchester Crown Court for a formal hearing.
