Detectives have made a major arrest in the case of 16-year-old Tafari Thompson-Mintah’s death. Joseph Barnes, 40, with no fixed address, was snapped up on Thursday, October 12, suspected of murder. He was officially charged two days later and is due at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday, October 16.
