Officers swooped on the vehicle, detaining two men inside. A quick search uncovered bolt croppers, gloves, and a craft knife – classic tools for a break-in.
False Plates and Essex Links
Further checks revealed the lorry was flaunting a fake number plate. The pair, aged in their 30s and 40s and from Essex, were arrested on suspicion of being equipped for theft.
Both men have been bailed pending ongoing investigations, as police dig deeper into the case.
