Last June, police spotted a suspicious Peugeot CRZ on the A4 <a href="/where/Bath Road at Box. Officers pulling the car <a href="/where/Overover found Philip <a href="/where/Riley behind the wheel – despite being disqualified from driving. They suspected <a href="/where/Riley was under the influence. Weapons and Drug Paraphernalia Found
Inside the car, officers uncovered a holdall packed with drug paraphernalia and a knife. A dart gun was also stashed away in the vehicle.
16 Months Prison, Suspended + More Driving Ban
At <a href="/where/Swindon Magistrates Court, Riley pleaded guilty to possession of a knife blade, possession of an offensive weapon, drug driving, and driving whilst disqualified. He was sentenced to 16 months in prison, suspended for 18 months, handed an 18-month driving ban, and ordered to comply with a curfew.

Removing Riley from the roads for 18 months means less risk to other drivers, which is a win for everyone.” “If you suspect drug-driving, report it immediately.
