Drug Dealer Busted in Ashford County Lines Crackdown
A drugs swoop in Ashford has landed a dealer behind bars. On the afternoon of 15 January 2020, cops on patrol in Birling Road seized a stash of suspected Class A drugs.
Alongside the wraps of heroin and crack cocaine, officers found cash and a phone linked to drug dealing.
Anthony Balogun Arrested and Charged
Anthony Balogun, 37, from Woodville Road, Thornton Heath, London, was arrested on the spot. He faces charges of possessing heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply. He’s also charged with acquiring, using or possessing criminal property.
Dealer Due in Court This Friday
Balogun remains in custody and is set to appear via virtual link at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 17 January 2020.
