Violent Brawl Erupts in Canterbury’s St Peter’s Street

A nasty clash broke out between two groups of men in Canterbury on Saturday evening. The fracas started around 5pm in St Peter’s Street and spilled over into the nearby St Peter’s Grove by 6pm.

Two Injured, Three Arrested

Kent Police rushed to the scene and found two men injured, both needing medical treatment. Three men from Canterbury, aged 19, 33, and 51, were slapped with arrests for affray and violent disorder. All three have been released on bail as police dig deeper into what sparked the brawl.
