Teen Stabbed on Canford Cliffs Promenade
Dorset Police were called to Canford Cliffs beach promenade at around 10.20pm on Friday, 13 August 2021, after reports of a stabbing. A 16-year-old boy from Poole was found injured and rushed to hospital.
Victim Survives Serious Attack
Thankfully, the teenager’s stab wound was not life-threatening or life-changing. Police quickly arrested another 16-year-old boy from Poole on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent, assault, and possession of an offensive weapon in public.
Investigation Ongoing – Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up
The suspect has been released on police bail while inquiries continue. Detectives are appealing for anyone who witnessed the attack or has information to come forward.
