The terrifying incident unfolded around 8.45pm on Monday when two men, their faces hidden by balaclavas, stormed into the Selby Road shop and started grabbing items.
Cops Hunt for Clued-Up Witnesses
“Although the suspects’ faces were masked, CCTV shows their clothing. We want anyone who recognises them or saw anything suspicious before or after the attack to come forward,” said police.
Detectives also urged drivers to check dashcam footage from the area around the time of the raid.
