Cop Seriously Hurt in Early Morning Attack
The incident unfolded in the early hours of Sunday, June 23, on Above Bar Street. Mann has been charged with grievous bodily harm after the officer suffered serious injuries.
Three Men Arrested – Only One Held
- Robert Mann, 26, remains in custody and is due in Southampton Magistrates Court on Monday, June 24.
- A 27-year-old man from West Wellow and a 22-year-old man have been bailed.
- A 32-year-old man arrested in connection with the attack was released with no further action.
