All admitted conspiracy to commit burglary and possession of a shotgun with intent at Southampton Crown Court on October 27. They confessed to targeting the house to steal cannabis for profit.

After the suspects fled, officers found the body of 20-year-old Sol Hemy drowned in Riverside Park waters. The grim discovery followed the chaotic gunfire and stash-dumping. A post mortem confirmed drowning as the cause of death.
