Gravesend Woman Fined and Handed Restraining Order Over Harassment Spree
Kulbinder Shergill, 48, from Grange Road, Gravesend, was nailed at Medway Magistrates’ Court on 1 December 2021.
Guilty of Harassment and Sending False Letters
Shergill admitted to harassment without violence between 9 September 2019 and 2 May 2021. She also confessed to sending letters and cards filled with false information from 13 November 2019 to 14 May 2021.
Harsh Penalties: Restraining Order and Unpaid Work
The court slapped Shergill with a restraining order. She was also ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work over the next year. On top of that, she faces a £95 surcharge and £85 in court costs.
