The violent attack happened on March 25 at a home on Peveril Crescent, West Hallam. Derbyshire Police rushed to the scene after reports of a serious assault. They found Bryan’s brother, a man in his 20s, with life-threatening stab wounds to his back and chest, including a punctured lung.

Bryan was arrested on the spot. Her brother was immediately taken to hospital, where he received emergency treatment. During a hearing on November 30, Bryan admitted causing the wounding, acknowledging her violent role in the family dispute.
