Man Stabbed in Tunbridge Wells – Suspect Arrested

Chaos erupted in Tunbridge Wells on Thursday evening when a man in his twenties suffered stab wounds at a property on Upper Grosvenor Road. The victim, despite his injuries, managed to drive himself to Belgrave Road and call 911 before being rushed to hospital. He is now in stable condition.

44-Year-Old Arrested for Attempted Murder

Kent Police arrested 44-year-old Kojo Ohene in Croydon, Greater London, on August 21 in connection with the stabbing. The Crown Prosecution Service has charged Ohene with attempted murder. Reports say the suspect knew the victim personally. Ohene appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on August 22 and was remanded in custody.

Second Man Held – Now Released

A second man, aged 35 from Ashford, was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender the day after the attack. He has since been released but remains under investigation.
