Kent Police Confirm Arrest and Ongoing Enquiries
A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police was called to Borstal Street, Rochester at 11.55pm on Saturday 5 November 2022 after a report of an assault. Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended, with the man taken to a London hospital.”
He added: “A 31-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and is currently in custody. Borstal Street remains closed while investigations continue.”
