London Dealer Busted on A21 Drug Run – Jailed for Three Years
High-Speed Chase Ends in Arrest
A 23-year-old London drug dealer’s plot to flood Tonbridge with Class A drugs was smashed after a nail-biting chase on the A21. Haxhi Krruci, who has no fixed address, failed to stop when police flagged him down near Tonbridge and sped away before finally pulling over at junction 5.
Drug Stash Tossed from Moving Car
Police on Quarry Hill spotted a suspicious vehicle on the afternoon of 16 October 2019. When officers ordered the driver to pull over, Krruci ignored them and threw a cigarette box from the car at speed. Inside, cops found 18 wraps of cocaine, a clear sign of intent to supply.
Five Phones Seized; Charges Filed
After his arrest, officers searched the car and seized five mobile phones, likely linked to Krruci’s drug dealings. He was charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and driving without insurance.
Cop’s Warning to London Dealers
“Our patrols are always on the lookout for those who drive into the county from London with the intention to deal drugs,” said PC Abbie Brookes of Tonbridge CID. “As Krruci has found out, our officers work relentlessly to detect and bring to justice any drug dealers who target our towns to prey upon some of the most vulnerable in our communities.”
Krruci pleaded guilty at Maidstone Crown Court on 18 November 2019 and was jailed for three years the same day.
