Drug bust in Farnborough as man nabbed in routine stop
Proactive patrol leads to drug find
Police made a swift arrest after stopping a Volkswagen Polo on Fairfax Road in Farnborough yesterday afternoon. The routine patrol at around 4pm on Sunday, September 29, turned up more than just paperwork.
Class A drugs and cash seized
A thorough search of the car uncovered a stash of suspected Class A drugs and over £100 in cash. The discovery prompted immediate action from officers on the scene.
Man arrested and bailed pending further enquiries
A 27-year-old man from Blackwater was hauled in on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. He has since been released on bail as the investigation continues.
The police probe remains ongoing as officers hunt for more leads.
