36-year-old Eugene Douglas, who currently has no fixed address, was arrested and charged with attempted sexual assault, actual bodily harm (ABH), and unlawful confinement.

Douglas appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 15 November. He was remanded in custody ahead of his next hearing at Lewes Crown Court on Wednesday, 13 December.
