Man Charged After Highgate Hit-and-Run Crash
A 29-year-old man has been hit with serious driving charges after a crash in Highgate.
Sean Fagan Faces Multiple Driving Offences
Sean Fagan, from Regina Road, N4, was charged on Monday, 6 May with causing serious injury by dangerous driving. The incident happened on Swains Lane, NW5, on 21 April.
He also faces charges for failing to stop and failing to report a road traffic collision.
Cyclist Injured but Not Life-Threatened
The collision involved Fagan’s black BMW and a male cyclist at around 6.45pm. The cyclist was hospitalised, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Fagan is set to appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 7 May.
