Seven of UK’s Top 20 Most Wanted Fugitives Are Hiding in London
The National Crime Agency (NCA) has just dropped its latest list of the UK’s 20 most wanted criminals — and a shocking seven are believed to be lurking in London. These fugitives face serious accusations including drug trafficking, fraud, and murder.
The NCA is keen to crack these cases and urges the public to report any sightings immediately.
Top Fugitives at Large in London
1. Ozgur Demir and Osman Aydeniz
- Crime: Conspiracy to supply 17.83kg of heroin
- Nationality: Turkish
- Details: Linked to a major drug trafficking ring where three accomplices have already been jailed.
- Whereabouts: Believed to be in London
The NCA urges anyone spotting them to come forward immediately.
2. Jack Mayle
- Crime: Supplying MDMA, diazepam, and other drugs via a dark web network called Flavour Quest
- Whereabouts: South London and Surrey
- Description:
- Tattoo reading “Croydon” on his left forearm
- Diamond tattoo under left eye
- “Money never sleeps” tattoo on left hand
- Muscular build, vegan, regular gym-goer
- Warning: Believed to carry weapons
3. Daniel Dugic
- Crime: Attempted import of 255kg of cocaine
- Date: 2011
- Details: Orchestrated a daring drug transfer in the English Channel. Several partners convicted but Dugic remains at large.

4. John Barton
- Crime: Drug trafficking – heroin importation
- Date: 1999-2000
- Details: Sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2003 but fled before serving time.

5. Christakis Philippou
- Crime: Travel agency fraud
- Date: 2004-2006
- Details: Ran fake travel agencies selling bogus holiday deals, leaving 20,000 people stranded without holidays.
