Teen Gang Terrorises Swindon Delivery Drivers in Shocking Attack
Delivery Men Targeted by Masked Teens
Just after 7pm on November 26, two men in their 20s arrived at Mattocks Path, Swindon, to make a delivery. They were met by a group of five to eight masked teenage boys, all dressed in black with caps and face coverings.
Violent Assault Caught on the Street
The gang, some on electric and pedal bikes, smashed a window of the victims’ vehicle with a metal rod. They shouted threats before striking one of the men, the passenger, with the rod. He was rushed to hospital amid fears of a broken collarbone.
Victim Survives with Hearing Damage
Fortunately, the man escaped without broken bones but suffered hearing loss in his right ear. He will need specialist treatment to recover.
Possible Linked Incident Under Investigation
Earlier that evening, police received a report of a similar attack where a group of teens punched a wing mirror in nearby Pipers Way. Authorities are exploring a possible connection as enquiries continue.
